Refund & Return Policy

At Ash & Ether, every item carries its own energy. If something arrives that doesn’t feel right, or simply isn’t what you expected, we’re here to help. Please review our return guidelines below:

🕯 1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items. To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and original packaging

• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

☠️ 2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are bound by ritual and cannot be returned:

• Opened or used incense products

• Sale or discounted items

• Gift cards

• Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or modification after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You’ll be notified via email of approval or rejection

• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

If you believe your item arrived damaged, or was cursed in a way we didn’t intend — let us know immediately. We’ll take care of it.
